Cara J. Hahn, President and Chief Executive Officer
Cara earned an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from UMBC, and holds a Professional degree in Human Resources (PHR) designation from SHRM. She has over 12 years of experience in IT and HR Management and Management Consulting, focusing primarily in support to Federal agencies and Contractors. She specializes in consulting directly with Executive Management on issues such as Performance and Metrics Management, Transition and Transformation support, and Human Resource Management.
Prior to joining Vekner Consulting in June 2006, positions held included Principal Consultant for the Federal Consulting Practice for a Fortune 500 Company, Service Delivery Resource Manager and a Member of the Advisory Staff for a large IT Outsourcing contract in the Intelligence Community, and HR Manager providing support in all subject areas, including many large outsourcing and contractor transitions. She has written white papers and developed custom solutions for clients in many areas, including Recruiting and Retaining TS/SCI cleared employees, Integrated Performance Management and Client Relationship Management.
